Solan: After the teachers who have gone on electoral duty just before the examinations in government schools, the schools will now be handed over to the JBT trainees. The education department has prepared a special plan for not keeping schools vacant. Under this, nearly two hundred trainees will be deployed in these schools during the last session of JBT Training Institute. This trainee will serve the same schools which have become empty.

The department is preparing the final format of this scheme and it is ready to accept the approval of the JBT Training Institute. Significantly, the Election Commission has deployed JBT trainees on election duty. There are about one and a half thousand teachers in the district, 40 percent of these elections will be on duty.

There are about one and a half thousand teachers in the district, 40 percent of these elections will be on duty. In many schools, the department has arranged teachers on deputation. But due to the examination, it is not quite possible to send teachers from one school to another. There are many schools where there is a load of five classes on the same teacher. Preparing for the examination of children in these schools is a major challenge.

In these schools, JBT trainees are also deployed and there is a plan for training for them. This future teacher will also learn the ways of learning with children in schools. This time, voting for the assembly on 9th November is going on and before that VPPAT machines training program is in progress. This has resulted in a severe shortage of teachers in schools.
